Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit St. Croix is from December to April, when the weather is dry, breezy, and just right for beach hopping and outdoor adventures. These months offer peak sunshine without the summer humidity, and you’ll catch the island at its liveliest with local festivals and cultural events in full swing. Bear in mind that, because this is high season, you will have to contend with more crowds, but St. Croix still manages to remain fairly relaxed, as the crowds largely flock to its two sister islands. If you prefer to visit without the crowds but with the great weather, aim for the shoulder seasons, from May to June and November to December, to still soak up the sun, experience fun festivals, and nab a deal on your accommodations.
