In fact, mid-September is still perfect weather for a beach holiday, with ocean waters still warm and the crowds are smaller than peak season. If you visit in July and August, you can certainly enjoy the beaches, as hot, sunny days are in endless supply, but just prepare for much larger crowds. And with temperatures that can soar above 100°F, keep in mind that summer isn’t always ideal for sightseeing.
